Meet Our Director

Christopher Grant MSW, CSWA, DSW-Candidate

Christopher brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, research acumen, and athletic achievement to his work in human development and organizational wellness. As a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) candidate with an extensive clinical background in addiction and recovery, he bridges the gap between academic research and practical application.

His research focuses on AI ethics in mental health settings, positioning him at the forefront of emerging challenges in the field.

As a former SEC medalist and Jamaican Junior 100m national Silver medalist, Christopher understands the psychology of peak performance and resilience, bringing these insights to his coaching and training programs. His interdisciplinary approach combines evidence-based practices with real-world application, creating transformative experiences for individuals and organizations.
